Please note that this property is being offered on an initial three-month lease term and will continue month-to-month thereafter. Because of the shorter lease commitment and the home's current cosmetic condition, the rent has been priced accordingly. The home is clean, functional, and the carpets have been professionally cleaned, but it has not been recently renovated and some cosmetic wear should be expected (mostly in the paint).
