Private fenced in patio. Spacious 2 car off street parking spaces plus street parking out front. Private entrance-side by side 2 family house, owner occupied, well cared for house. Plenty of storage in attic, can also store some things in shared basement - new roof and repointed waterproofed basement.
King sized matrress will not fit up/down the stairs into the bedrooms - Queen mattress with split frames do fit! First last security. Will consider dogs but no cats please.
