Due to the central downtown location and shared walls with a neighboring unit, some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room to ensure a restful stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside. No additional unregistered guests are allowed beyond the reservation count. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation with no refund and a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Guests are responsible for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Unreported property damage will be deducted from the security deposit. A $300 security deposit hold is placed 1-2 days before arrival and is automatically released 5-7 days after checkout if there is no damage or rule violation.
