Lease terms

Tenant Responsibilities and Property Policies *No smoking inside of the property. * Tenant is responsible for all utility services, including electricity, water, and sewer. * Tenant is responsible for arranging and maintaining trash collection service. A preferred trash service provider can be recommended by the landlord. Dump tags will also be provided for tenant use. * A non-refundable pet deposit is required for all approved pets. * Livestock and poultry are strictly prohibited on the property, including but not limited to chickens, goats, rabbits, pigs, ducks, and similar animals. * Interior painting is permitted only with the landlord's prior approval. Any approved paint colors must be restored to the property's original color prior to move-out unless otherwise agreed to in writing. * Tenant is responsible for routine lawn and yard maintenance, including mowing the grass and keeping vegetation trimmed away from fences and structures. A lawn mower will be provided by the landlord for the tenant's use.
