The living room opens to a large, fully equipped kitchen that is truly fully stocked. Step outside to your private poolside area, complete with a private swimming pool, gas grill, corn hole, high-top dining table, outdoor full-sized refrigerator and freezer, and a storage box with beach chairs, floats, and toys. Each of the 2 bedrooms offers a queen bed, a large closet, pool views, and deck access through private sliding glass doors. The villa includes a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with double vanities and a separate toilet accessible from the primary bedroom, and a separate vanity and toilet accessible from the hallway between bedrooms. A huge shower with a rainfall showerhead and floor-to-ceiling tile completes the bathroom.
A fully loaded 4-seat luxury golf cart with a Bluetooth stereo is included for your enjoyment. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each.
Located off Glenn's Bay Road on the quiet Indian Oak Lane, this villa is golf cart legal with a 30 mph speed limit. It's approximately 1.5 miles from the Surfside Pier and 0.5 miles from downtown Surfside, offering lovely bistros, breakfast spots, and ice cream shops. You'll be within a golf cart's ride of the Piggly Wiggly grocery store and can easily access the Surfside Pier with its eateries and nightlife.
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 people, including infants and children. No glass or pets in the pool or surrounding enclosure. Children under 12 years of age must be supervised at all times. No food is permitted in the pool or on pool floats. Please ensure you are attending the gas grill at all times during usage. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and placed in the trash can inside the enclosed pool patio area. No fireworks or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted. Please limit parking to the driveway only.
