ON-SITE STORAGE UNIT ~190sqft will be included in rent for each unit- located on property. Comes partially furnished in the living room area- including the brand new 55inch QLED flat screen TV. In unit large laundry/storage room equipped with BRAND NEW washer and dryer. Up to 2 parking spaces per unit allowed in driveway- on the street parking available as well. Up to 2 pets are allowed with a deposit and small monthly fee if weight exceeds 20Ibs. Pets must be friendly towards other people and pets and non-nuisance (I.e. no excessive barking, must be potty trained, no extensive property damage, must be picked up after and supervised in backyard area). Must be up to date with vaccines. Tenant must provide proof of income and credit score minimum 630. Security deposit 1 month of rent- $2,200 plus pet deposit if applicable. Utilities- tenants responsible for metered electricity, garbage, and wifi (hookups for Xfinity on site). Will split water bill equally with other units as long as there is no excessive water use.
