When dealing with heat sources like stoves and ovens, never leave cooking unattended, use pot holders to handle hot items, keep children and pets away, and ensure proper ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide buildup. For air conditioning units, remember to clean or replace air filters regularly, keep the area around the unit clear, avoid blocking vents, and use the thermostat judiciously to prevent overloading the system. Kitchen Tenants must maintain kitchen cleanliness, use appliances safely, respect shared spaces, and control noise levels. Each tenant should use designated storage, dispose of trash properly, and report emergencies or pest issues promptly to the landlord. Wifi WiFi is provided as an amenity for the property. Please note that the WiFi network is intended for residential use only and should not be shared with unauthorized individuals Security This home prioritizes safety with a comprehensive security system that includes an alarm, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, and fire extinguishers. It features gated access to enhance security and peace of mind. For added surveillance, there are cameras installed in common areas to monitor activity. Parking Parking is available in the driveway. Guest Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and residents are kindly asked to refrain from engaging in loud activities, including playing loud music.
