Tenant responsible for minor maintenance and yard care per lease terms Vehicle Maintenance: Tenant shall not perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, or mechanical work of any kind on the driveway, garage apron, or any exterior areas of the property. Routine activities such as tire inflation or emergency minor adjustments are permitted, but oil changes, fluid work, parts replacement, or similar mechanical work are prohibited.
