Walkable distance to the stores, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping! A unique 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage, newly renovated, impeccably decorated and perfectly cozy for a peaceful vacation, equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Included are linens, bath and beach towels. A well stocked kitchen, books and puzzles for adults and kids. The cottage is one level with a few steps up to the front porch. The front porch has four adirondeck chairs and a coffee table for morning coffee and sunset sips. The back deck has four adirondack chairs and 4 coffee tables, and an enclosed backyard, `free standing hammock and gas grill. The diningroom has a beautiful antique diningroom table and seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a sectional, coffee table and smart tv. Bedroom 1 has a King bed with linens, a closet with overflow pillows, and throws. Another closet for storage. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with linens, a smart tv, dresser and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, with linens and a closet. A private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is attached to a newly built deck. Parking on the property is free and can accommodate up to 4 cars. No need to pay for beach parking!
