Ideal for extended stays, relocation, project-based work, or those seeking a quiet, long-term retreat. Lease Term: Offered for mid-term stays of 30 days or longer. Month-to-month lease with a 30-day minimum initial term. Extensions permitted with mutual agreement. Written lease required for all stays. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of 4 residents. Limited overnight guests permitted but may not establish residency without prior approval. Subletting: Subletting or re-renting the property (including listing on Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms) is strictly prohibited. Utilities: Water, trash, internet, and lawn care included. Electricity included up to a reasonable usage threshold. Excessive usage billed separately. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping inside the home. Outdoor smoking permitted only. Pet Policy: Dogs considered with prior approval. Maximum of 2 3 dogs One-time pet cleaning fee of $100 required. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to lease signing.
