For a nicer arrival, set your GPS to the Route 9 Library & Innovation Center first, then enter the house address once you get there.
Tampering with security devices, such as video doorbells and security cameras, is a violation of the rental agreement and will result in cancellation without refund. Absolutely no shoes in the house to protect the hardwood floors. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed in the property at any time. Guests not on the reservation must be cleared in writing prior to them entering the property, or it will result in termination of the reservation without refund and a fine per guest over the amount shown on the reservation. Please no glitter in the house, as it will result in an extra cleaning charge. Please do not smoke anything in the house; if you smoke, please do so outside in the driveway with all the doors and windows closed. Please do not park on the street; if you must, please park on the house side of the street. No gatherings or parties. Please wash, dry and put away all dishes before checking out. Take trash and recycling to the can on the other side of the garage, and everything must be bagged. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Not suitable for children or infants due to lack of baby proofing.
