Six months, July 12, 2026-Jan. 13, 2027 (with option to stay all January). Max 1 person. No pets, no exceptions. There's NO stove/oven (only a hot plate and toaster oven). There is a free washer/dryer. Apt. is above a garage, directly on intercoastal with dock, 2.5 blocks to the beach. Rent $1,950 monthly, which includes wifi/TV, water/sewer/gas/electric and monthly professional cleaning, which you will schedule. No smoking or vaping on entire property inside and out. No parties or sizeable gatherings. There are cameras in non-living spaces the apt. is set up as a vacation rental. There will be an application (free), lease, background check, eviction check and credit check. Credit and eviction checks will be waived if you pay the entire amount upfront ($11,700 rent plus $1,000 security deposit.) Otherwise, move-in is $4,900 -- first and last month rent plus security. No rental agreement without the prospective renter coming in person to see the property.

There's NO stove/oven (only a hot plate and toaster oven). There is a washer/dryer. Apt. is above a garage, directly on intercoastal with dock, 2.5 blocks to the beach. Starting sometime in October, the owner will be living in the now vacant house on the same property, but the layout is quite private. No rental agreement without the prospective renter coming in person to see the property. I can send a vacation rental link with many photos upon request.
