Rent includes furnishings, wifi/TV, water/sewer/gas/electric and monthly professional cleaning, which you will schedule. No smoking on entire property inside and out. No parties or sizeable gatherings. There are cameras in non-living spaces the apt. is set up as a vacation rental. There will be an application (free), lease, background check, eviction check and credit check. Credit and eviction checks will be waived if you pay the entire amount upfront, plus $1,000 security deposit. Come see it in person!
