Lease terms

Minimum Term: 12 Months; the owner is open to a two-year lease to lock the rent. Deposit: One Month of Deposit is required if credit scores are more significant than 700. They are collected now. Tenant responsible for changing HVAC filter at least every 30 days The landlord is responsible for the HOA that takes care of common areas. Snow Removal: Tenant responsible for driveway snow removal for some of the properties Pets: Allowed. Terms: Additional Terms: Small to Medium Dogs: $500 non-refundable deposit, additional $50/1 dog/month, or additional $75/2 dogs/month. Max 2 dogs.
