"This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a private in-ground pool and fully fenced yard. One bedroom is set up for double occupancy and shares a bathroom with one other bedroom; the primary bedroom has its own private bathroom access. All utilities (water, gas, electric, and internet) are billed monthly based on actual usage plus a 20% service fee, split evenly among all tenants. Lawn care is included and maintained regularly. Pool maintenance is handled by the property owner at no cost to tenants. Rent is due on the 1st of each month; last month's rent and a security deposit are due at signing.
