Utilities: Responsible for paying for your own electricity, gas, and internet services. No Washing Machine: Please be advised that this property does not come equipped with a washing machine or dryer, but in-unit installation is permitted. Tenants are responsible for making their own arrangements. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property, including in all common areas such as hallways and stairwells. No Pets Policy: We do not allow any pets on the premises. This includes all types of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, and fish. A/C Filter Replacement: You are responsible for changing the air conditioning filter every three months. Failure to do so may result in damage to the HVAC system, and you will be held responsible for any resulting costs. No Grills Policy: For safety reasons, we do not allow any type of grills, including gas or charcoal grills, on the premises. This policy is in place to prevent fire hazards and to ensure the safety of all residents.
