Room Rental Terms This lease is for one private bedroom in a shared three-bedroom home located at 308 N. Illinois St., Weatherford, OK 73096. The tenant will share the common areas of the home, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom(s), laundry area, garage, backyard, and other designated common spaces with the other occupants. Lease Terms * Rent: $650 per month * Security Deposit: $650 * Lease Term: 12 months * Rent Due: 1st of each month * Utilities: Tenant is responsible for an equal share of utilities unless otherwise agreed in writing. * Occupancy: One person only unless approved by the landlord. * Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home. * Pets: No pets unless approved in writing by the landlord. * Parking: Off-street parking available. * Lawn Care: Provided by the landlord. * Maintenance: Tenants are expected to keep their bedroom and shared living areas clean and promptly report maintenance issues. * Guests: Occasional guests are welcome, but overnight guests may not stay for extended periods without prior approval from the landlord. * Illegal Activity: Any illegal activity or behavior that disturbs other occupants is grounds for termination of the lease. * Move-Out Notice: A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required before moving out. * Security Deposit: The deposit may be used to cover unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, cleaning costs, or other lease violations. Any remaining balance will be returned after the room has been inspected in accordance with Oklahoma law. The goal is to maintain a clean, respectful, quiet, and comfortable home for everyone living in the house.
