Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or garage. Parking is provided in the driveway only and is limited to a maximum of two (2) vehicles. The driveway is primarily configured for two vehicles; if three vehicles are kept on the property, tandem parking may be required. Garage parking is not included, and the garage is designated for storage only. Dogs may be considered with prior written approval. Any approved dog must be properly trained and not cause damage or nuisance.
