This is a spacious, bright, 4-bedroom Victorian house on a quiet street with 1.5 bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen, large basement for storage, courtyard and small deck. Wood floors, cool Victorian radiators, tile bathrooms, new appliances including gas stove, AC through mini splits in most rooms. Walkable to everything downtown and West End amenities. Easy street parking. I am away most of the time but maintain a place in NH with my son, who is attending Maine Maritime Academy. This means that you'd have the house to yourself 90% + of the time, but me present for a week periodically, and my son for a weekend every few months. He is very chill and easy going. We've done a house share until now and it has worked out well. The house is furnished but I can remove some or most items if you have your own furniture. Happy to discuss exact nature of arrangement and price. Would probably be most suitable for professional or a couple due partial sharing nature of the situation. Available Oct 1 or Sept 1 for 9-12 months. Would need to meet and discuss compatibility.
