I have a SMALL, CHEAP, SAFE, efficiency apartment available. It comes with a fridge, stove, washer and dryer. It is shower only, no tub. It is located on the same lot as my office, and my boutique. 3077 Dawson Springs Rd Hopkinsville, KY I am very very very particular about whom I rent this unit too. We are a quiet, clean community over here and the person whom rents it must fit that bill as well. There are amazing neighbors on every side of you. We all love being over here and no one causes any ruckus. We want to keep it that way I will only rent this unit to a SINGLE person without pets. I'm very very sorry as I LOVE animals but I have had too many floors destroyed by cats and there is zero yard for a dog to go potty in. The monthly rent is $700 and includes all utilities. Water, electric, sewer, and trash. If you want wifi that will be on you to pay. Everything else is covered. There is no yard at all. Only gravel in the front. There is room for one vehicle only. Security deposit is $700 as well meaning you will need $1400 to move in. There will be an application and application fee of $35. It checks credit and background. On credit I am not looking at the score, just at accounts in collections. On background I am looking for a clean, drug free background. I DO ACCEPT HOUSING VOUCHERS however this is outside of city limits so not section 8 available. Ky Housing would be fine.
