Lease terms

Lease Terms: This property is available with a 12-month lease. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, and the first month's rent and security deposit are due before move-in. Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or garage. Parking: Parking is available in the attached garage and driveway. Tenants must follow all city parking regulations and may not store inoperable or unlicensed vehicles on the property. Pet Policy: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval. Additional pet rent and/or a pet fee may apply. Breed, size, and quantity restrictions may apply. No unauthorized pets are permitted. Tenant Responsibilities: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the home in a clean and sanitary condition, promptly reporting maintenance concerns, replacing standard light bulbs and furnace filters as needed, and preventing damage caused by neglect or misuse. Tenants are also responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Tenants must comply with all lease terms and local Marion ordinances. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term.
