Lease terms

Renter pays for all utilities except gardening will be included. Washer, dryer, and refrigerator included. There is no HOA for this complex. No smoking property. Monthly pet fee negotiable. One year lease minimum. We will review all necessary qualifications, including but not limited to background, credit, employment, and rental history. Any and all documents need to be submitted through the rentspree link which will be provided upon request or after the showing. To help us process your application, please provide a government-issued ID for all adults, proof of income like pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements, and information about your rental history, such as past landlords or lease agreements. We'll also need your consent for a credit and background check, which may include criminal and eviction history. If you're applying with a Section 8 voucher, please include your approval letter and any current paperwork. For those with pets or needing a co-signer, please provide pet documents or guarantor information as applicable. We do work with voucher and Section 8 applicants, and everything is reviewed through the same application process to keep things consistent and compliant.
