If the renovations are completed during or by the end of the lease term, the home will transition to a full-property rental at a higher rate. At that time, tenants may choose to renew under the new terms or vacate. If renovations are not yet complete, there may be an option to renew the lease for an additional term under the current structure. Water is included in rent.
