I have a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house for rent on East 12th Street in downtown Rome. It is 1/3 of a mile to the YMCA, Kroger, Broad Street, Barnes & Noble, Outback, etc. This home has been completely remodeled and is one of our largest and most unique properties. There is newly installed central heat and air which is all electric, a new full size Maytag Bravos washer and dryer set in the laundry room, and a newer set of appliances in the kitchen which include: side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, and above range microwave. Most importantly the neighbors are extremely nice and laid back. Regarding pets, there is a one time non-refundable fee per pet that is half of one month's rent.
