The application guidelines are as follows: Tenant pays all utilities and Pest control quarterly. No smoking. No vaping. No waterbeds. Pets are case by case basis. First months, Security Deposit, Pet Fee and Prorated Rent. Application fee of $89 per adult age 18+ living within the household. Pet Animal Fee Pet Animal Fee of $450 per household per pet. All household pets and assistance animals must complete pet screening in application process. Our office is paperless - all applications must be submitted ONLINE at go4rent Application: criteria Credit Scores Credit scores will be averaged for all applicants: Average score 650+: Security Deposit equal to 1 months rent Average score 650+ Case by case decision 620-649. Credit score under 620: Is a Denial of application Income Requirements: Income must be greater than 3 times the monthly rent. Income must be verified through paystubs and/or employer offer letter. Applicants must provide 3 months of bank statements and 2 latest tax returns. Background: Be prepared to upload your driver's license & paystubs as part af the application process. Rental/Mortgage History 2years of verifled rental history or mortgage history. No foreclosures within the last 5 yours. No evictions. No late or missing payments on rent or mortgage. No Felonies.
