ATTN: Microsoft Employees and Contractors: This is a rooming house situation. There are 3 furnished bedrooms and 1 unfurnished. Two are on the second floor and 2 on the ground floor. There is a full bathroom on both floors. The living room, kitchen, and laundry are shared spaces. The back yard is fenced with access to a charcoal grill. It's located in downtown Clarksville with easy access to restaurants and stores. The home owner spends weekends on the property staying mostly in the camper on the property.
I am the owner and will spend most weekends in my camper on property. I work in Raleigh and share custody of my son who spends every other weekend with me. When he is with me so are his 2 doxie mixes. Also of note, I have a small parrot who comes and goes with me. Again my time is spent in the camper occassionally with my son and pets. Looking for working professionals.

There are no tenants in the house currently. I enjoy camping, boating, reading and pets. I spend a lot of time on the property, but I stay in the camper.

There is off street parking for at least 3 vehicles and sufficient street parking as well. I will set rent at $1200 per month to cover internet, water/sewer/trash and electricity. If utility use exceeds $600/per month the overage will be divided among each roommate.
