Tenant responsible for utilities. Pet policy is FIRM. Only one pet no larger than 25 pounds is allowed. There is a one time non-refundable fee of $500 plus $75 per month pet rent. There is no fenced outdoor space. Application process does include a background and credit check which is paid for by the applicant and costs $34.95. A clean background check and a credit report that shows a history of meeting financial obligations is required. Your credit report is an important factor in the application process. If you have no credit or poor credit, you will likely be declined. Proof of income is required to complete the application. $5,400 gross per month is the minimum household income requirement for this rental. All adults must have a valid social security number for the background and credit check.
