It's within walking distance to the heart of downtown and has a walk score of '80' which makes it within walking distance of many errands. It has a bike score of 95 - which makes it 'bikers paradise.' The remodeled apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is a good example of downtown Victorian, loft living. This apartment has a ton of light and a great view of Pikes Peak. We're sorry, but we are 'no-smoking' inside the building. The utilities are not included in the rent but averaged only $75 a month so far this year. Of course, the utility bills will be higher in winter, lower in summer and the lowest in the fall. This is an apartment and not just a room in a house. The bathroom, bedroom and kitchen are exclusive to this apartment and for the use of the tenant alone. We are located in the 300 block of Cascade and have off-street parking. We have an on-site laundry facility with Maytag washers and dryers. Come live in a safe, quiet apartment and walk to historic downtown.
