The bedroom features a king-size bed and a day bed, perfect for lounging under the dramatic skylight. The living room boasts a comfortable and large couch, with an air mattress available for additional guests. The bathroom offers a private WC, a glamorous clawfoot tub, and a separate oversized shower. The kitchen is equipped with a full oven and range, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher, and bar-height seating for five. The kitchen and living room share one large space with herringbone wood floors, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. Cold drinks for sale are available in the fridge for easy access. The Carriage House is situated in the gorgeous Pendleton neighborhood of downtown Cincinnati, just steps from all the entertainment and nightlife Over-the-Rhine (OTR) has to offer, with plenty of historical Italianate charm. You can walk almost anywhere in OTR from this location, and the streetcar has a stop just a block and a half away on Main Street. Guests should be aware that Bar Saeso's patio is busy and plays music during operating hours, but closes at 10:00 pm. Parents may find the proximity to Bar Saeso and its lively patio environment unsuitable for children. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties are considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at or threatening staff, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected via credit/debit card. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur a $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or trashed will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150. The entry area doubles as a lovely workspace for those in need of an office, outfitted with beautiful shelves stocked with plenty of books.
