2 furnished Bedrooms available in a house in Kennesaw Ga. Each with a bed, desk, and side tables. This is a residential neighborhood. Very safe.… One giant room (white bedding) for $1000/month and another smaller room (white and blue bedding) for $800/month. 1 full bathroom shared between the two rooms.
Other roommates: One Female 33 in master bedroom.
ideally looking for other female roommates. The house is large, with a large patio and huge backyard with abundant fruit trees. Persimmons, figs, apples, pears.
There is a basement apartment with one male (middle aged) tenant. He has his own entrance, so he lives totally separate from the house.
Access to driveway parking and one car will park on the side street.
In the main house it will just be 3 of us total. All utilities will be split between the 4 total people on the property. Breakdown of utilities will be provided every month for transparency.
Lease is month to month.
Available as soon as August 15th with a prorate or September 1st.
