Laundry room shared with owners. We are a laid back family of 5 (1 baby, 1 toddler, 1 teenager). Our ideal renter would be a couple, a family with a toddler, or a single renter. One dog considered, but no cats - we already have one dog and two kitties who wander around the yard. They're super friendly and sweet; feel free to hang out with them. No cigarette smokers.
