Home can be rented month-to-month with no commitment for $3,500 per month but lease commencement date must be NO LATER than June 1st. Rents are FIRM. Standard first month, last month, and posted REFUNDABLE damage deposit required prior to occupancy. Professional $200 departure cleaning charge and flat/non-refundable $100 fee per dog (if applicable) due at the same time.
