The House & Location: The house is a 3-story/4-bedroom traditional Baltimore brick row-house in Little Italy, a quaint historic section surrounded by booming economy and new development. Within several blocks you have everything you need - a Whole Foods, CVS, tons of bars and restaurants, a movie theater, 2 gyms, bowling, Starbucks, boutique shops, etc. Walk a few blocks more and you're Downtown, the Inner Harbor or in Fells Point. You will not need a car day-to-day. House Details: large row house - 3 floors plus basement for storage 4 bedrooms, 2 full bath, 2 large main rooms, gated backyard patio w/grill furnished main rooms (bedroom not furnished) washer/dryer in unit internet/wifi (400mbits), home theater, Roku, Xbox/Playstation parking on street with pass ($20/yr) quiet, safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors, EXCELLENT location. What we're looking for: stable, responsible, considerate, reasonable, clean professional or college grad male or female willing to share in chores and help maintain the house ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS, no smoking/vaping inside, no pets, nothing illegal (sorry!) The Arrangements: rent is due 1st of month and before move-in security deposit of $700, due before move-in utilities are evenly split between residents, generally around $120 each credit & verification check required if we move ahead ($30+$2 fees) required co-habitation agreement (roommate responsibilities and house business) some flexibility on lease, but longer commitments are much preferred
