Lease terms

Lease Duration: 12 Months. Monthly Rent: $1300. All utilities paid by tenant. NO SMOKING. Pets allowed with a one-time $100 up-front charge and $30 monthly pet fee thereafter. $2830 required to move in ($1300 rent + $1300 security deposit) (additional $230 utility deposit to the Borough of Chambersburg). Tenants' combined income must exceed $3900/month. Snow removal handled by: first floor tenant. Lawn care handled by: landlord. Application including references and background check required. The application is free, but if your application is selected, a background check is conducted at Applicant's costs. Landlord REQUIRES that Tenant obtain renters insurance including $300,000 minimum liability insurance covering their tenancy, and Landlord must be listed as Additional Insured and provided with certificate of insurance. Landlord maintains high quality properties...applicants unwilling to maintain condition of unit will not be accepted. *The posted base rent allows for up to 2 adults. Additional adults will increase rent by $100 per adult. Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per bedroom.
