It is a 10 min walk over Banks channel bridge to the middle of WB beach. A cozy screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee and charcoal grill and brick patio for BBQ. This is a vacation rental in from May 1st - Sept 10th. This property is available from Sept 10th 2026- May 1st 2027. Rental rate advertised is for 6+ months but shorter stays will be considered at a higher rate. No more than 2 occupants and no more than 2 vehicles. The home comes furnished. NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING/VAPING. If a pet is allowed must be supervised on the porch or yard.
