The office is through the side door under the cranberry-colored awning, the door facing Broadway. Application hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. No appointment is needed. Please bring with you *a valid (unexpired) photo ID *a proof of income (a checkstub, a social security rewards letter, proof of pension etc., we do not accept bank statements as proof of income) Applications will not be processed without a valid photo ID and proof of income. The application form must be filled out completely in the office, be aware of how much availability you have to fill it out. Most applicants take between 15-30 minutes. ALL ADULTS WHO WILL BE RESIDING IN UNIT MUST APPLY. APPLICATION MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE A SCHEDULED VIEWING. Applications typically take 2-3 business days to process. Rent is weekly, NOT MONTHLY. Zillow does not allow us to post a weekly rent. The monthly amount shown is the average for the year. Weeks run Friday - Thursday, rent being due each Friday that starts the week. No lease. We have tenants at will contracts. No security deposit. We collect a first week's rent, a last week's rent, and a $20 lock change fee. Coin-op laundry available.
