The charming carriage house, located across the courtyard, features a fully stocked private kitchen, a living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a private bedroom with an en-suite, and two 55-inch smart TVs. The carriage house also has its own private courtyard with seating.
A two-car garage is available for your personal use, with one spot assigned to this unit. Additional cars can find on-street parking. Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date.

This is a quiet family neighborhood, and outdoor noise should be refrained from between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Guests should not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. There are 2 exterior security cameras for security purposes. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. Please shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub and do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the hot tub. Guests should not enjoy the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes, and should not enter if the temperature is over 104 degrees. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and guests are responsible for refilling them if they run out.
