Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise during these hours. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Events are not allowed. The fireplace is not operational for guest use. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older. There are 2 exterior security cameras for security purposes. Guests are responsible for refilling starter pack essentials if they run out. Do not move any furniture or decorations. Do not use provided towels to remove makeup or clean stained items.
