This is a quiet family neighborhood, and outdoor noise should be avoided between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform. There are two exterior security cameras for security purposes. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk; please shower before entering and avoid using sunblock or lotions. Do not use the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes, and do not enter if the temperature is over 104 degrees. Do not move any furniture or decorations. Using provided towels to remove makeup or clean stains may result in an extra cleaning fee. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and guests are responsible for refilling them if they run out.
