1. House Layout The bottom floor consists of the living room/kitchen/dining area with 1/2 bathroom. The top floor consists of 2 bebrooms, each with 2 full bathrooms. The washer/dryer is upstairs as well. 2. Household supplies First Aid Kit,Trash bags,Cleaning supplies,Laundry detergent,Bathroom Essentials are furnished 3. Are there any rules related to guests? Yes( No Stay more than 72 consecutive hours) 4. Kitchen Kitchen appliances are furnished. 5. Appliances A/C and Heating: The top floors are controlled via thermostat. The bottom floor is controlled remotely 6. Garbage The City of Fayetteville picks up the garbage on Wednesdays. There are 2 designated parking areas for your stay. 7. Security The electronic lock is super easy. Simply punch in the 4 digit code, and it will unlock. If inside, turn the switch to lock the door. When leaving, push the Lock button at the top of the key pad to lock the door. There is also a doorbell camera that is accessible via app. 8. Pool/Hot Tub N/A 9. Streaming Services? All streaming services are available via Smart TV. You would simply log into your streaming services. 10. Renting Tenants must inform Landlord 30 days in advance of when you would be moving out. Any damages to the property will be paid from the deposit made by the tenant. If the damages exceed the deposit, the tenant is responsible for paying the remainder of the amount for the damages. 11.
