Lease Duration: Flexible options available! Offering either a 6-month or a 1-year lease term, depending on what best fits your schedule. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the home to keep the indoor air fresh and clean for everyone. However, smoking is permitted outside on the property (e.g., the backyard or patio), provided you clean up after yourself. Move-In Requirements: First month's rent plus a security deposit are required upon signing the lease. Background & Reference Check: To ensure a safe and harmonious environment for all roommates, applicants will need to provide proof of income (e.g., recent pay stubs) or a student enrollment verification. Guest Policy: Occasional guests are welcome! Out of respect for the other roommates sharing the home, we just ask that you communicate in advance if you plan to have a visitor or overnight guest in the shared spaces.
