Right now the studio is only available from 8/13 - 8/30 (rent will be $1,100 for that period) No smoking $600 for refundable security deposit which is to be paid at lease signing in order to secure the studio (refunded upon move out provided place left in like-kind condition and no damages are found $1,100 rent paid move in day which is when I give you the code for unit. (venmo or zelle okay) $100 non-refundable cleaning fee Tenant is required to keep place in great condition and keep it reasonably cleaned throughout stay Note: If tenant fails to take possession of the Premises on the agreed start date, Tenant shall be in default of this Agreement. We could however accommodate 2 people but rent would be *$1,395 for 2 people. It's especially well-suited for traveling nurses, medical professionals, digital nomads and other working professionals seeking a quiet, comfortable home base during their stay in Portland. Month to month rental (minimum 2 months) via a lease but may do longer We may consider a longer lease ~ can discuss Experience tiny living without sacrificing comfort in this custom-built studio in the coveted SW hills of Portland in the neighborhood of Hillsdale. Owners live on site and are very friendly, communicative, and are there if you should need anything yet leave you alone to enjoy your private studio. Thoughtfully designed and built with high-end finishes, this fully furnished 220-square-foot studio feels surprisingly spacious thanks to 14' vaulted ceilings, four beautiful skylights abundant windows in front and back of the unit. The queen-sized murphy bed is super comfy and there is a large 6-drawer dresser. The main living space includes a full kitchen, smart TV with streaming services, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dresser, and a mini-split system providing both heating and air conditioning. A tenant enjoys a private separate entrance with a modern security keypad access. As you exit your studio front door you are led to a little private area where you'll find a swinging bench for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A dedicated front parking space is all yours and there is also some additional street parking nearby should I guest pop by. Laundry (brand new washer and dryer) is available weekly on an agreed upon day of the week. We have a lot of beautiful trees & gardens/flower around the home too which add to the beauty and also the home is situated on a horseshoe-shaped street. We have the most warm and inviting neighbors who always want to help one another. This vibe is hard to find and we are so happy we can extend that to you too. Located in Southwest Portland, you'll enjoy easy access to OHSU, the VA Hospital, Providence, downtown Portland, Beaverton, Nike, Intel, Multnomah Village, Hillsdale, shopping, restaurants, parks, and miles of outdoor recreation. Come experience a peaceful, bright, and welcoming modern, cozy tiny-house retreat in one of Portland's most charming neighborhoods. Also, this area has many trails, mature trees, and offers a cozy community feel. The neighborhood has a quiet, established character that feels suburban while remaining close to urban amenities. The nearby Multnomah Village is a gem where you'll find many restaurants, as independent bookstore with its own kitty, flower shops, Lucky Lab Brewery, John's Marketplace and coffee shops (PDX Coffee Club and Village Coffee) are our favs. It's also only 8 minutes to downtown Portland! There will be a $125 non-refundabe cleaning fee SPACE DESCRIPTION: Charming, recently built 250 square foot studio has breathtaking 14 ft ceilings & four large skylights allowing the natural light to spill on in. Watch the clouds go by as you lay down to rest on the comfy mattress. (you can shut covers to skylights if you'd like to) .Lots of other windows front and back of studio and cute little window winds out in the shower area. Golden oak hardwood floors throughout the main. Full bathroom has a gorgeous custom-designed tiled shower and a jade hexagon-shaped tiled floor. Main area has a queen murphy bed which you can have up or down. Full chef's kitchen w/quartz counters, tons of kitchen cabinets/lazy susan. Some storage in the unit but a little more in our shed for minimal items. 10 mins to OHSU Hospital 5 mins to Hillsdale & historic Multnomah Village, City 8 mins away 90 acre Gabriel Park 5 mins Easy bus access if needed #56 & #54 Dog park 1 min away Trails all over the place Hurry this one won't last long! It's been a popular studio which we've been renting out for last five years since it was built!
