This spacious townhome stretches over three stories with a two-car garage and a spare bathroom off the garage. On the second story, the spacious south-facing living room features a fireplace and bright carpet. Off the living room is a guest bath and a spacious kitchen with a double oven and access to a smaller third bedroom, which can also be used as a home office.
The two large bedrooms are both set up as primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The larger master bedroom invites lazy mornings in bed with its open beam vaulted ceiling and private balcony with an ocean view.
There is a private fenced backyard and two decks on which to enjoy your morning coffee and the ocean breeze. The small complex has a fenced gazebo and patio for the exclusive use of the residents. Sorry, no pets.
