Lease terms

Tenant Responsibilities: Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities serving the property, including but not limited to electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, cable, and internet, if applicable. Tenant is also responsible for all exterior maintenance, including lawn mowing, landscaping, leaf removal, snow and ice removal, and general yard upkeep to keep the property in a clean and well-maintained condition. Rent and security deposit are due at signing. No Smoking: Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, and the use of any other smoking devices, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. Alterations may not be done without landlord approval.
