I will be living in the other bedroom and using the other bathroom. We will be sharing a fully furnished great room, dining room, balcony, and kitchen with an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Those rooms have a big 4k TV, a large L shaped couch, an expandable dining room table, a Bluetooth stereo, a Blu-ray player, tea carts, a mirror, and a printer. Only one tenant is allowed and no pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This tenant only needs to bring clothes, toiletries, towels, and all kitchen supplies (like utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pots, and pans.)
