This is a newly refurbished Vintage Trailer 1956 Spartan Imperial Mansion. A special experience for someone who appreciates this unusual property.… It is a part of our 14 acres of land in the Little Sandy Mush Creek part of Leicester only 16 miles to Patton Ave, approx. 30 mins to downtown Asheville or 25 minutes to Marshall. On the way to Max Patch, Spring Creek and Hot Springs.
We live on the property in a separate house and have 4 other rental units in different buildings. We try to choose people who care about the land and each other. There is privacy but also a small community of people who look out for each other. If you like to garden, there is plenty of space to do so.
The bedroom fits a full size or single bed or you can use the "living room" as a bedroom for a queen size bed. Full bathroom with tub and shower and kitchen with oven and stovetop cooker Dual mini splits for heating and cooling.
