Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric only. Heat is electric. Third Street in Aspinwall is within easy walking distance of local stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The neighborhood has tree lined streets and beautiful turn of the century architecture. Aspinwall Borough sits along the Allegheny River and is part of the Fox Chapel school district. It's very accessible to downtown and Lawrenceville, but also quietly removed, giving you a small town feel right next to the city. This building has shared laundry in the basement and a storage space for each unit. There is easy on street parking. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum.
