Lease terms

Rent is due on or before the first of the month. Move-in costs include: (1) prorated rent from the move-in date through the end of the month, (2) a security deposit of $2,400, and (3) prepaid rent of $2,400 to be applied to the final month of tenancy. Prepaid rent is not a security deposit and will not be used for damages or other charges. Utilities are tenant paid, including electricity, propane, garbage, and water. Electricity bills are paid by the landlord and then are billed to the tenant for reimbursement. Propane tank is owned (not restricted to any carrier).
