      Terms at 3038 Courtside Dr

      Rent is due on or before the first of the month. Move-in costs include: (1) prorated rent from the move-in date through the end of the month, (2) a security deposit of $2,500, and (3) prepaid rent of $2,500 to be applied to the final month of tenancy.
