About the building

This is a great value in North Boulder in the Stratford Park West Condominium complex.… A 2 story condo with balconies on both levels, overlooks the recently refurbished swimming pool and barbeque area. You'll enjoy views of the Flatirons and the surrounding community. There's a wonderfully large tree next to the building that gives nice cooling shade. The condo features an open floorplan complete with everything you need for enjoyment as well as a functional living space! The first floor (on the second floor of the building) has a kitchen with new appliances that opens up to the dining area, living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, a large balcony, and a 1/2 bath. Upstairs (third floor of the building), there are 2 generous sized bedrooms, another large balcony, a full bath, a good sized storage area for your gear and extra things. There have been some nice updates in the last year including; New carpet, refrigerator, stove, kitchen faucet, kitchen light, digital thermostat and fresh paint. There is a secure keypad code to enter the building. Laundry room is down the hall and shared with the building residents. There are no pets allowed per HOA rules. We prefer that interested parties please submit our rental interest form prior to scheduling a tour. It is found on our website at: www dot gateway dash realty dot com.
