Lease terms

Minimum Term: 12 Months; the owner is open to a two-year lease to lock the rent. Deposit: One Month's Deposit is required if the credit scores are more than 700. They are collected now. Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for driveway snow removal for some of the properties Pets: Allowed. Terms: Additional Terms: Small to Medium Dogs: $500 non-refundable deposit, additional $50/1 dog/month, or additional $75/2 dogs/month. Max 2 dogs. The tenant is responsible for shampooing and steam cleaning the carpet before vacating the house. CATS: $750 non-refundable deposit, additional $75/1 cat/month, or additional $100/2 cats/month.
