House vibe: Clean, peaceful, and drama-free No parties Respect for shared spaces and quiet hours LGBTQ friendly Open to any gender just be respectful, self-aware, and easy to live with not open to couples possible off street parking if you have a smaller car Substances: Alcohol (beer/wine) is fine Marijuana is fine outside No hard drugs or anything like that - non-negotiable Optional opportunity: I typically handle Airbnb turnovers myself, but when I'm working or traveling there may be optional opportunities to help with cleanings. I charge guests a $125 cleaning fee, which could be paid directly to you or applied toward rent. Rent: $950/month (utilities included) Room is 10.5'x9.5' with a large closet and tall ceiling Screening / Fit: I'm looking to find the right fit and will want to meet in person before making a decision. Final candidates will be asked to complete a standard background and credit check and sign a lease.
